Order Processing Orders are processed daily (Monday–Sunday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pickup or delivery..

Estimated delivery times are from 2pm to 7pm.

Delivery Fee are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Local Pickup Prefer to collect in person? We offer free pickup at our locations. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.

Perishable Products Our meals are freshly prepared and require refrigeration. We take care to package orders with appropriate insulation, however we recommend being available to receive your delivery promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage caused by delayed collection after delivery.

Issues with Your Order If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at [your email] with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
